No, the new iPod touch 4G that was announced on the 4th of October does not come along with the new Apple A5 chip, but it has new RAM 512MB, the old iPod Touch 4G only has 256MB RAM. So this will slightly improve Performance especially with multitasking apps, but other than that the new one coming out has iOS 5 (Which will be released on the 12th of October) and iCloud on the same day.

Here is a detailed description of the ipod and iphone. The difference is mainly speed and being a world phone, in both cases.
http://thenextweb.com/apple/2011/10/04/apple-announces-the-iphone-4s-with-same-design-a5-chip

The iphone and ipod have the same guts. Below is further elaboration of what is meant by a world phone a key difference. With an app, the ipod can also be a world phone.

You don't. Charities don't want timeshares and won't accept it from you. They would be on the hook for the annual maintenance fees and would have a useless asset that they can't sell any more than you can.

Anyone who charges you a fee to unload your timeshare on a charity is a scammer. Avoid them.

My guess is that no charity would take it.

Try the Timeshare Users Group:

when things involve property and taxes well maybe it would be best if you contacted your attorney or CPA.

Saving money, in general, is a whole different ballgame. Not spending is one way of saving. Cutting your expenses is another way of saving. Asking your employer to take out money from your pay and send it to your savings account is another way of saving because you never see that money so you don't spend it. Selling some stuff and then putting the money you earned off of that (like yard sale or ebay or craigs list) into your savings. You can get a second or third job, evening or weekend or both and save that. Maybe a course or two could increase your earning power. And investing (like in stocks and bonds long term) is another way of saving.

Tipping is an expected part of dining and is reimbursable. My boyfriend works for a government contractor and they get the full reimbursement, including tips. These are absolutely not the same as a gift.

No, it's not true.
Reasonable tips are reimburseable.

So you'll ONLY tip if it is paid by someone else? The auditor didn't say you shouldn't tip, just that the tip shouldn't be reimbursed.

Yes. Imagine the backlash from the hospitality industry if the Federal government disallowed tipping.

For the record, I am a consultant and frequently work on Federal contracts. I am bound by the same expense and travel rules as federal employees and I DO get reimbursed for tips.
